The 27th KILKIM ŽAIBU festival isn’t slowing down!
The time-hardened festival KILKIM ŽAIBU has adorned its runic symbol with the number 27. Together, we’ve come a long way, and we want this journey to continue for many years to come – remaining intriguing, exciting, and truly one of a kind!
Rooted in Aukštaitija, KILKIM ŽAIBU builds bridges between eras and cultures, nurturing a living cultural phenomenon where an archaic worldview merges with the raw expression of contemporary music.
The festival has already embarked on a new creative chapter and is working intensively towards its next cycle. Just like you, we’re always curious to see what the next edition will bring, because when we begin, we never know exactly what the final result will look like. KILKIM ŽAIBU is a continuous journey of discovery, an ongoing search for new paths. To keep exploring, learning, and discovering is to be part of KILKIM ŽAIBU. That’s what makes this undertaking so exciting for us: every edition is different, yet somehow familiar – bringing together a multitude of wonderful people once again for one great adventure.
The 27th festival of Baltic culture and extreme music will take place on June 24–26, 2027, at the beloved grounds of the Antanas Smetona Manor Museum in the Ukmergė District.
As always, we’re preparing an ambitious and diverse programme for the coming year, with new encounters with the extreme music scene and representatives of ethnic culture. Lithuania’s metal fortress will thunder for three days and three nights, welcoming performers from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and countries across the world – from well-established names to promising artists from the new generation of the scene.

Here’s some good news – ticket prices won’t go up! They’ll remain the same as last year. We just want at least one thing not to get more expensive. Let it be KILKIM ŽAIBU!
However, the number of tickets may be limited. The festival continues to grow, while the event grounds remain relatively compact.
