SECTORIAL

A few years ago, when SECTORIAL released their first album “Erase and Reborn the Humanity”, one reviewer said that “if Sectorial manages to continue in this excellent direction, who knows, they could one day become masters of a genre that they could call their own”. Not like lots of other unknown bands, they have always developed and formed their sound, and their creative potential has never faded away. Well, in 2015 words of that reviewer became true – Sectorial won two awards in “The Best Ukrainian Metal Act”: one for the best album and the other for the best video clip that conveyed the emotions of “Tree Eater” song by burning Ukrainian ethnic forest.
SECTORIAL started their path in early 00’s playing a mix of Grindcore and Thrash with some spices of Folk. Such style dominated until first full-length album. Nevertheless, as years passed by the band uniformly changed their style into Blackened Death Metal with strong Ethnic elements. Such style helps the band to express that important things in life are veracity and awakening from oppressive dream of commerce and imposed standards. Sectorial carries the message, which is important to us, Lithuanians, and also to every nation that suffers from global standards and destruction of the nature.
