Spanning four studio albums and numerous other recordings and collaborations, the British material hits hard with a blend of old-school black and speed metal – unpolished, energetic, sometimes surprisingly melodic, but never sweet. HELLRIPPER not only embodies the quintessential features of black and speed metal but, as tradition dictates, tackles witchcraft, sorcery, and blasphemy, occasionally shedding light on the shadowy depths of Scottish folklore, history, and myth.
In spring 2026, Century Media Records will release the band’s new full-length album, undoubtedly delivering a collection of top-notch black/speed metal anthems. In the meantime, the band keeps perfecting its aggressive rock’n’roll repertoire, proudly bearing the title of ‘Scotland’s most mysterious moshpit kings’.
