BLACK SPIKES began their creative journey 6 years ago as a girl heavy metal band. Yet their latest singles and changes in the lineup have built the foundation for a heavier modern metal sound. Sharp syncopated guitar riffs and female screams interwoven with melodic vocals create a mysterious and dark realm, where mystical creatures play by the rules of the human world. Regardless that the band's fanlist consists mostly of foreign heavy music listeners, the band remains faithful to Lithuanian lyrics. One of the aspects that make them truly special is their live shows, capturing the audience not only with music, but also extraordinary looks and stage arrangement, full of mystical rituals and dance elements.
